To operate a medically effective and economically efficient emergency medical service that incorporates the use of ambulance and trained personnel.

To coordinate the services to provide adequate  vehicle and personnel backup at all times. 

At all times the ambulance service will be operated as provided in the Chapter 88-31 of the Georgia Health Code and in Chapter 290-5-30 of the Rules of the Department of Human Resources, Division of Physical Helath, and Ambulance Services.
