Priority Ambulance is pleased to announce that Tracey Michel has joined the company as a Human Resource Business Partner for National EMS. 

In her new role, Tracey will oversee day-to-day human resources activities, including developing and managing the effective recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation, and onboarding programs for National EMS. Additionally, she will support staff with all coaching, discipline, and performance evaluations, as well as monitor compliance with the company’s policies and procedures and local, state, and national regulations. She will report to Phil Koster, Southeast Regional President.

Tracey has more than 14 years of experience in the human resources field. Prior to joining National EMS, she was the Senior Human Resources Operational Specialist for Avanos Medical. Tracey worked to strategize, design, and implement intricate HR programs to support the company’s goals and increase employee relations. She previously served as the Senior Human Resource Business Partner for the Department of Community Affairs, and HRIS and HR Operations Analyst for Fulton County Department of Family Services. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Albany State University.
