As Vice President of Operations, John Bandzul oversees all operational and new business development opportunities for National EMS, including 911 and IFT ambulance services in Rockdale, Athens/Clarke, Oconee, and Morgan counties in Georgia.

Bandzul has more than 20 years of experience in the EMS and the healthcare field. Prior to joining the National EMS team, he served as the Director of Operations for LifeCare Medical Transports, a proud member of the Priority Ambulance family of companies in Virginia.

During his time at LifeCare, Bandzul focused on improving on-time performance and employee retention. Prior to joining the Priority Ambulance family, he was a Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management at Oracle Health. There, he oversaw the modernization of electronic health records to enable the organization to provide better healthcare to veterans.

Additionally, Bandzul holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Services Management.
